优化了风暴脚本, 去掉了一些月检全局事件. 其功能直接添加在风暴属性中, 和原版有所不同, 但基本功能一致.
The storm script has been optimized, with some monthly global events removed. Its functionality has been directly integrated into the storm attributes, which deviates from the vanilla version, yet maintains the same basic functionality.
