- Message when completed has been updated.

Leaders EXP and notifications :
- Leader getting XP (if you had the conditions for it) also included the ones in the pool, better to make a proper choice but it does spam you of "leader level up alert" every time the pool is refreshed.
- Now, the EXP is gained when they get their first proper job.

Localisations :
- Did not forget to include the english text into the other languages, this time.

Empire Specialization V5 :
Empire Specialization - Leader Specialization :
- +1 on the modifier tier, if using the highest Leader Enhancement "Capacity Boosters", still required to have the tier 1 to benefit from it.

Empire Specialization - Science Specialization :
- +1 on the modifier tier, if the resolution "Unchained Knowledge" tier 4 or 5 is active, still required to have the tier 1 to benefit from it.

Empire Specialization - Civic Specialization :
- Adds 2 techs to increase your civic cap by 1 each, both are high tech cost and relatively end-game.
- Those will help you better shape your empire.

Empire Specialization - Power Projection :
- 10 years after the Galactic Community has been establish, countries will try to increase their power and influence.
- You will receive an event chain to help you follow the thresholds.

- Thresholds => Reward 15% Diplo Weight & 5% of a selected bonus :
-- 500 Pops => Population Diplo Weight & Happiness or Pop Housing;
-- 50k Fleet Power => Fleet Diplo Weight & Naval Cap or Build Speed or Damage;
-- 3000 Monthly Research (all) => Tech Diplo Weight & Research Speed or Unity Production;
-- 5000 Resources Production (all) => Economic Diplo Weight & Resources from Jobs or Trade Value or Trade Attractiveness;
-- 50k Diplo Weight => Envoys Diplo Weight & Envoys Effectiveness or Influence;
-- 3 Relics => Diplo Weight & Influence or Unity.
-- One supplement you can have is by being part of the Galactic Council.

-- Every Thresholds will also unlock 2 Ascension Perk, only 1 can be taken per category and 3 of them in total :
--- All have +20% Diplo Weight for their category.
--- Pops => +25% Pop Growth / Assembly Speed +1 Pop per Pop Assembled +50 Planet Capacity;

--- Relics => +1 Influence per Relics & +1000 immediate Influence;
=> +250 Unity per Relics & +1 year worth of Unity.

Empire Specialization - Galactic Super Power :
- Having 4 of threshold criteria will valide your Empire as a Galactic Super Power, out of the 7 categories - or having 2 of the AP.
- With the title come a modifier : +0.5 influence +10% Unity +5% Diplo Weight .
- The 1st to ever complete all of the thresholds, will receive a unique modifer - it's the previous modifier times 3.
- This will be expanded in futures updates.

Balance :
Traditionless Civic :
- +200 Edicts Fund from +100.
- Country Unity Production is changed to -75%.
- Tradition Cost is greatly increase by empire sprawl.
-- Meaning you CAN produce unity but way less than a normal empire, you COULD take Traditions but it will be very costly.
-- You may rather want to use it in more edicts, relics, decisions, etc..

- Linked to the 10 years cycle that unlock Ascension Perks / Civics, now your capital and 1 random owned planet will have its Planetary Ascension Tier increased.
-- Starting from your 3rd Ascension Perk, like you would be able normally.
-- It doesn't block you from doing the upgrade yourself.
-- Once your capital is maxed out, a total of 3 planets will be randomly selected.


Compatibility:
Grand Custodianship :
- I quickly made a "patch" for it on the demand of @lyra_tcm
- I made it so having the civic grant access to the same events (and so modifiers) that the Overlord Origin.
- It will auto-check if you have the civic yearly.

Empire Specialization - Science Alternatives :
- There are a few ways to increase your tech alternatives, based on things like having research X techs, having X population, etc ...
-- There are 3 Tiers : for the 1st and 2nd Tier, just complete one of the objective.
-- For the 3rd Tier, you need to complete them all of them, which should be around mid to late game.

Empire Specialization - Leader Specialization :
- Every 5 years, you may receive a modifier increasing the numer of leader in the pool, based on population.
-- There're 3 Tiers, for 3 population threshold.
-- Beware lowering your population, will reverse the modifier back its Tier, or even remove it !

- Influence price has been changed to unity, and price accordingly (like vanilla, x10).

Edict :
- Influence price has been changed to unity, and price accordingly (like vanilla, unsing the 3 different prices).
- Lenght time has been updated to perpetual, like vanilla.
- They all have a unity upkeep, based on the empire size.
- Edict Cap has been changed to edict funds (following the vanilla style of +1 cap = 50 funds).

Empire Size :
- Admin Cap has been updated into Empire Size.
- Cases where it was a solid value (+X) and not a mult (+Y%), is not a mult too.

Election Cost :
- Updated prices reduction to Unity, instead of Influence.

Government Reform :
- Updated to Unity, instead of Influence, like vanilla.
- The cost is the dynamically adjusted.

Traits :
- All traits has been updated to used the new restriction system.
-- It should help merging if you had a case where a trait would lock you out of merging.

Empire Specialization :
- The Ethics choice has been updated to their new values.


Fix :
- A lot of switching old codes with the new standard.
- Clean code, less "errors" in logs.

Empire Specialization - Ascensions :
- After taking 3 perks of the same, taking a 4th would show you back the tier 1 option, instead of the tier 2.
-- This also cause a rare, but possible, case where the option to skip to appear but they were indeed possibles options.
