- Modify a few AP that gives resources; as some like Prestigious Trophies was just showing it in tooltip, but not giving anything

- Iron Tax Gestalt is now +1% Amenities & Energy, for +2% Ship Upkeep (because the values were below 1%, and would be rounded down to 0%, not useful)


- The Spire of Enlightenment AP modifier is also dynamic and inside the AP tooltip

- Updated Spanish localization with latest updated (from Buitre salvaje)
