Removed vanilla event in on_damage_taken on_action for optimize propose.
Using the Ancient Astronomical Observation Station gives a chance to discover some already spawned Ancient Systems.
Researching Ancient Environment Facilities gives research options to remove blockers.
Added extragalactic exploration event (not fully finished).
