Nebula Emissary could deploy ancient turrets via Ship Action.
When Emergency Repair System actived, it has 1/3 chance to cancel its cooldown.
Psionic Shield of Light of Lonelystar charge 1 days per month and could last for 7 days at maximum.
Observation Outpost will automatically switch to passive/active observation after special observation completed.

Adjusted Contents:
Psionic form of the psionic control ship is affected by difficulty modifiers.
Construction time of the psionic measurement ship is reduced to 420 days.
Reduced the espionage action cost of transferring the Psionic Mark of the Shroud Invaders.
Ringworld in the Psi Area will be the same size of 5 districts as other ancient ringworlds.
Reduced the number of blockers on the Beacon of Prosperity.
Special leaders can no longer choose too many traits.
Weaken the negative effects of Poor Management trait.

Allows Ancient Titan Starlight Custodian to use automated maintenance systems.

Fixed a bug that would cause the death of the fleet commander when the ancient titan Lisht of Lonelystar switches weapons.
When the Ancient Titan Vacuous Guardian has an automatic maintenance system and the number exceeds 1, this subsystem cannot be removed.
