updated defibrillator with fixes: fixed typos, added code to cancel revival if the medic dies while he is reviving someone, added new convar which is set to 1 on default to prevent blinking of confirmed roles on round start (look convars description below), changed default value of revival success to 80 instead of 75 | added new comments to code
