added win condition with 2 new convars (win enabled/disabled and required health to heal), added 2 new popups with 4 new convars, added 1 new convar (kill/death handling), added/updated code comments, updated description (how to play and rolespecific convars) -> check description for more information

added support to new ttt2 score variables/removed deprecated variables + switched from spawn to plyspawn + medic is now fully visible for all roles (with icon over the head) + removed unnecessary code comment and cleaned a bit
