Nothing really changed, so I'm just updating this to make the warning go away.

At some point i hope to rework the mod events to use the new situation system, but that may take time.

I don't have the free time I used to.

Not a lot of changes, just some reformatting tweaks because some old triggers now throw errors.

The addition of the mercantile tradition tree probably makes this start much easier than intended if you grab the +1 merchant from commercial zones tradition. Oh well.

Adding a few extra starting commercial zones to account for the reduction in clerk jobs. This avoids starting with a ton of unemployed pops.

Tweaked a few deposits. Overall the same net effects.

Placed Alloy Foundry and Civilian Industries buildings into start to compensate for normal starts moving those jobs to the industrial district.

Slightly revised unique blocker cost and time.

Corrected two text typos to now have proper context.

Added a couple extra event text options depending on ethics/authority. It's always a good time to sneak in a prequel meme.
