/\ Added an additional sound to the KS-23 empty reload sound table
/\ Slightly sped up KS-23's proficient round insert speed
/\ Decreased KS-23's proficient reload end time
/\ Fixed KS-23 and Remington 870 using an incorrect holdtype
/\ Fixed KS-23 and Remington 870 not playing a reload animation in third person when reloading from 0 rounds
