- Genesis Chambers now add 1 base Genetic assembler and 1 additional at 15, 30 and 60 pops instead of 1 + 1 per 30 pops
- Mutagenic Evolution now also provides +5% habitability per tier to a maximum of +50% habitability
- Biomass contributors no longer provide assembly speed
- Biomass contributors now add +0.0025 complex drone output
- Hollowed World Proliferation districts now add 1 spawning drone instead of 2
- Hollowed World Soldiers dens now add 15% army build speed instead of 50% per district
