Job weight of roboticist was too low. This sometimes caused it to become a researcher and it resets the growth timer causing AI to lose quite a lot of growth.

Also made AI megacorps pick universal transactions sometimes.

Ai will be more willing to build amenity buildings if the positive amenities are caused by luxury goods distribution. Changed how much AI was willing to build strongholds in the lategame (they don't build enough of them).

Some changes to technology choices (AI will try to fish for terraforming tech). Rewrote some of the defensive measures (AI will stockpile alloys first instead of immediately building ships when it thinks it's threatened). Restricted habitatbuilding so that they are built only when AI has excess influence so that AI prioritises larger megastructures first.

Changed how some events are called. This might improve performance on some settings (the result is still within the error margin on default sliders, but maybe it's different if a player has weird slider setup/a lot of mods).

Apparently if AI ever got a ruined building that was exceeding the building slot limit it would force entire empire to be stuck. Added an event that will remove such buildings if they are spotted.

Changed ascension perks choices a bit (AI will no longer pick voidborn/master builders when they have little use for it).
