-Added automatic display offset detection
Its still possible to adjust it manually under "Advanced settings". I've found that manual adjustment can help with distortion.

Switched to map relative scale by default and added an option to use a scale relative to characters

-the grip bind now switches between all weapons
-added basic viewmodel offsets for all HL2 weapons (note that these offsets are not final)
