Starting with an Infinity Stone in your system grants you that stone's technology as an option once the stones spawn, to prevent surveying a planet before a stone spawn on it and not getting the discovery event

Updated world generation events to check that planet is suitable before stone spawning

Added Infinity Stones tracking feature
- Discovering your first Stone will start an event chain in your Situation log
- Each stone gets tracked once you discover them, even if the stones get moved to different planets
- Works with existing saves, will take effect once a new year starts in-game
