Pop Growth Update
- Pollution now reduces pop growth instead of habitability. This should do several things: 1) Newly colonized worlds will have a small bonus to pop growth, 2) Heavily populated worlds should see slightly declining pop growth.
- Encourage Planetary Growth replaced with Overconsumption. This is a toggle that costs 25 influence and increases pop upkeep, amenities, and growth by 25%.
- Distribute Luxury Goods replaced with Suburbanization. This is a toggle that costs 25 influence and increases housing upkeep, governing ethics attraction, and immigration by 25.

Hopefully it doesn't bother anyone that I override these decisions and replace them with toggles that fit the themes of this mod. They should be an overall improvement.

Beta 2 Update
This is a big one, folks. This list will not be 100% comprehensive, but will cover the largest changes:
- Natural disasters added (drought, floods, heat wave, and outbreaks). Their frequency and potency will depend on the environmental conditions of the planet.
- National Parks and Wildlife Preserves are now decisions that cost influence and take up a district. Wildlife Preserves require the Land Ethic or Bioeconomics ascension perk.
- Land Ethics and Bioeconomics now gives you 50% of the reseach on its technology and disables Urban Sprawl events.
- Ranger jobs are properly specialists and are more powerful.
- Worlds now generate with resilient, normal, or fragile ecosystems. They also generate with high, normal, or low levels of biodiversity. These can shift with high and low pollution over time. Terraforming randomyl generates new ecological conditions.
- Urban Sprawl now triggers when you build the final district on a planet. You can now continue to expand past its limit at an environmental cost.
- Recycling Campaign removed and replaced with Recycling Policies. You can now change how waste workers operate in your empire with these new policies. One lets you just throw waste away, but it also disables Garbage Worlds.
- Climate Engineering can remove Abandoned Terraforming
- Ecological Engineering can remove Predatory Plants
- Civil Engineering can remove Urban Sprawl
- Pollution modifiers now display your current waste range category.
- Event generation overhaul.
- Waste generation for machine empires updated to 2.2.5 production levels. (this is fairly small and shouldn't hurt too much if you're using 2.2.4)
- Tons of small localization improvements.
- Lots of updated and improved graphics.
- Lots of minor bug fixes.
- Improved compatibility with other mods.
