Quality of Life Update
- New colony types added: Nature Planet, Park Habitat, Wildlife Ringworld, and Junk City.
- These new planetary specializations increase your waste worker and ranger efficiency.
- Garbage World deposit now gives increased workers and housing.
- Garbage worlds no longer provide both workers and drones for machine ascended normal empires.
- Trash Piles from abandoned Garbage Worlds now provide some waste jobs.
- Garbage worlds can no longer have National Parks or Wildlife Preserves.
- Fixed Garbage World tooltip to more accurately reflect bonuses and penalties.
- Climate Engineering and Ecological Engineering can remove negative terraforming modifiers.
- Ringworlds have a special massive park district; Wildlife Habitat
- New rare tier 4 technology: Planetary Restoration. It has a chance to appear at the same time as the Zero Waste Facility.
- Depletion blockers can now be removed with 500 strategic resources if you have Planetary Restoration.

Terraforming Update 2
- Terraforming worlds now generates random terraforming modifiers that can affect worlds positively or negatively.
- Ecological Adaptation reduces negative terraforming modifiers and has a chance to add its own beneficial modifier.
- Climate Restoration removes any possibility for negative terraforming modifiers and has a chance to add its own powerful modifier.
- Ecological Adaptation also prevents terraformed worlds from being Species Poor.
- Climate Restoration also prevents terraformed worlds from being Bleak or having Fragile Ecosystems.
- Junkyards can now be built on habitats.
- Fixed an activation error with several habitat events.
- Fixed Soundproofing to give positive instead of negative happiness.

Artificial Environment Update
Habitats and other artificial environments now have to deal with waste.
- Waste modifiers added to colonies that didn't previously have pollution.
- Pristine Stations gain 10% habitability.
- Clean Stations are normal.
- Dirty Stations lose 10% habitability.
- Contaminated Stations lose 20% habitability.
- Several events can occur on stations based on their cleanliness.
- The severity of some events increases with worse cleanliness.
- City Districts are now called Urban Districts and can be placed in artificial environments.
- Waste Processing buildings can now be build in artificial environments.
- Environmental disasters can no longer trigger if that disaster is already affecting a planet or station.

Park Update
- City Parks can now be created on worlds without any prerequisite tech. They grant +10% amenities and 2 ranger jobs.
- City Parks can be built on city, relic, tomb, and ring worlds unlike other parks.
- National Parks can now only be built after a City Park. They give +10% unity instead of amenities and 2 ranger jobs.
- Wildlife Preserves can now only be built after a National Park. They give +10% society only now and 2 ranger jobs.
- Influence costs for parks are now 25/50/75 and closing them costs 10/25/50.
- All parks now have a build time. Park deposits are no longer classified as rare.
- Land Development also has a build time.
- Waste Processing techs have been reduced to tier 1/2/3 techs and will now appear earlier and cost less research.

Land Ethic Balance Update
- All environmental disaster events appear significantly less often. They should be less annoying on wide empires.
- The effects of environmental events have been increased by roughly 50% in strength.
- More events cause devastation, but in very small amounts. Climate change causes more devastation.
- Fragile and Resilient Ecosystem modifiers now impact stability.
- Species Rich and Poor modifiers now impact habitability.
- Tall Grass Prairie, Peatland, and Old Growth Forest deposits increase habitability by 5%.
- Overconsumption now costs food and consumer goods to activate and reduces amenities upkeep rather than increasing available amenities.
- Subrbanization now costs minerals and energy to activate and increases immigration more.
- Both toggled decisions cost less influence to disable.
- Land Ethic (and Bioeconomics) now doubles the output from ranger jobs (including amenities).
- Land Ethic's unlocked decision is now Land Management, which removes Fragile Ecosystem or adds Resilient Ecosystem to your worlds that have an ecosystem.
- Nature Park and Wildlife Preserve moved to the waste management building techs and can no longer be made on relic worlds.
- Ranger jobs have slightly lower production, but now spawn a defensive army!
- Relic worlds cannot be garbage worlds. That's just disrespectful. Come on people.

v2.3 Hotfix
- Relic worlds now have the same pollution events as city worlds.
- Waste worker technologies correctly indicate +50% waste worker efficiency instead of +25%.

Balance, Compatibility, and Convenience Update
- Urban Districts no longer generate waste handlers / drones
- Waste buildings now passively reduce some pollution on their own
- Waste worker technologies are twice as effective at increase waste worker efficiency
- Garbage worlds are twice as effective at waste worker efficiency
- Environmentalist ruler trait added that increases waste worker efficiency across your empire
- Many ecological events can't happen in the first 20, 50, or 100 years
- Starting deposits generate slightly less pollution allowing you to clean your capital world faster
- Self repairing machines should prioritize waste worker jobs more

Hotfix
- Colonized worlds with certain modifiers shouldn't appear in the expansion planner anymore.
- Planets that lose their colony also lose pollution and decision modifiers, as well as parks.
- Several localization and grammar errors fixed.
