Small edit to the Pro-Advent Civvies scamper function. Seen this in LWotC so I adapted it here as well. Pro-Advent Civvies will now scamper like XCOM Civvies when an enemy is near and not just walk away in a casual manor. Have to thank fellow modder RedDobe for pointing this out to me and pointing me in the right direction to add this.

quick update to the civilian scamper. Noticed on one mission type, they still do the slow walk away (which is the extract vip from city center mission type). I reworked the scamper to force more randomness as to where they scamper to. BUT still on this one mission type, the AI changes dont seem to force the run animation for civies. Not sure why but think it might be a kismat issue with this mission type alone. The changed AI works but just the run animation wont take on this mission type. Just may bhave to be something we deal with is all. The run animation and better scamper does work on all other base game mission types. Have not tested to see if modded missions that have civies will change any.

On that note... if its a mission where Resistance figters are protecting a group od civies that you need to get to that spot to trigger a reaction, thats coded into that mission, thos civies will not move from that spot.

small change... civ HP is now 3 instead of 5. Most felt 5 was still way high and Civilians should not start with more HP than XCom base soldiers. They no longer have the dodge I gave them but still keep the bonus from hunker so... there is still a small chance enemies will miss them but not so much on the grazed shots.

small change to the hidden faceless. They now have a smaller % chance to change when you are near, down to 25% from 50%. So if you are near them adn no other enemy are around, they would have a 50% chance to change and attack. Now thats 25%. Also added an ability that lets me keep their stats the same as all other humans so when you are playing with mods that give you more stats and %s to hit, that stuff doesnt stand out adn give them away ;)
