Reworked the national ideas for the following nations:

- Ming, Nagpur, Lan Xang, Dai Viet, Khmer, Oman, Hejaz & Medina (NI set is shared between the two), Byzantium, Poland, Qing, Yuan, Roman Empire, Holy Roman Empire, Navarra, East Frisia & Friesland (NI set is shared between the two)

Added in new national idea sets for the following nations:

- Mongol Empire, Khoshuud

Minor Changes:

- Gave a minor military buff to Portugal, reworking one its national ideas and replacing +10% Heavy Ship Combat Ability in the tradition with +10% Shock Damage
