Reworked the national ideas for the following nations:

- Morocco, Portugal, Greece (the nation, not the Greek Minors), Galicia, Denmark, Ayutthaya.

Bug Fixes: NIE should now be fully compatible with the Manchu Update; fixed an issue with Bashkir Ideas not showing up properly

Bug Fixes:

- Separated out the changelog i personally keep out from the main mod files, which should fix the weird "log" idea group bug people were seeing.

Balance Changes:

- Buffed Mentese's 2nd idea
- Changed Bijapur's 3rd idea (Stability Cost Reduction -> Institution Spread Modifier)
- Changed Ahmednagar's 2nd idea (Stability Cost Reduction -> Yearly Corruption Decrease)
- Changed Ahmednagar's Ambition (Yearly Corruption Decrease -> War Exhaustion Reduction)
