- Added debt repayment options for 25% and 50% of debt balance.
- Fixed a couple of gui issues (there are still more to fix).
- Introduced new cloning laws which affect population growth rate and add some flavour.
- Healthcare now affects population growth rate (the top two increase it, the bottom two reduce it).
- New Standard of Living mechanic, visible on the Empire Summary screen (press 'empire' on the topbar).
- New Order mechanic, visible on the Empire Summary screen (press 'empire' on the topbar).
- New Production Efficiency mechanic, currently affected by the Order value.
