Resized the Battlecruiser. It's now around the same size as a citadel, rather than bigger than some stars.

Localised stuff, fixed modifiers pertaining to Battlecruiser.

Fixed a couple localisation issues.

Fixed some errors in the log.

Fixed Yamato and executor being unlocked by the wrong tech. (How did that even happen?!)
