- Reverted the frigate fleet capacity back to 1 from 1.5. Seems to resolve the issues with the fleet manager.
- Removed the heightened max command limit define as Paradox increased their since 2.0.4.
- Added namelists for Pirate Ships Extended.

- Added namelist values for Starbase Defenses Extended 2.
- Included the hidden Vanilla version of the medium and large stations.

- Corrected the frigate fleet slot size to 1.5.
- Made fleet fleet_slot_size sequential.
- Modified max command limit define because Paradox increased the Vanilla value. Will be removed when patch 2.0.4 is released.
- Added namelists for Fallen Empire Military Ships & Stations.
- Rebalanced the costs for the higher tier reactor components of the larger ships.
