Because many modders are overwriting the vanilla Colossus ascension perk when making their own mod (thus overwriting my own edits to the Colossus perk, thus locking you out of getting the Dreadnought tech legitimately), I have chosen to make my own ascension perk with the same requirements as the Colossus Perk. HOWEVER THIS DOES NOT, I REPEAT, DOES NOT AFFECT PREVIOUS SAVE GAMES with ONE EXCEPTION: You will be unable to build a new dreadnought unless you have the new Dreadnought shipyard, built on citadels. LET ME REPEAT THIS: IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A SAVE WITH A DREADNOUGHT (AND THUS THE TECH) ALREADY, THEN YOUR SAVE IS SAFE FROM THIS CHANGE.
