Network buildings replaced with network districts
Network Districts provide pop jobs that provide bonuses to each pop working there (basically)
All specilized machine worlds gain a special nexus district that provides 8 housing & 8 mantinance drone jobs

Updated to fix some crashing caused by sky portraits for the zillionth time.

Made Elves of Stellaris ringworlds use Elvan Ringworld model (sadly no mwe textures)

Removed a number of "Allow" code peices from modifier buildings to prevent the game from preventing you from upgrading them to their fullest potential.
