Deleted unneeded files. Should fix theoretical incompatiabilities.

Added code for new observation events, but it's unfinished and commented out. Shouldn't cause any issues, but who knows?

Fixed incorrect scoping causing "angered" modifier to multiply uncontrollably.

Also improved system initializer. It should no longer produce moons clipping through planets

Improved system inializer - anomalies no longer spawn on robotic homeworlds, preventing pre-sapient roaches from trying to spawn, etc.

Improved robot depletion, it should now kill a pop every 18 months precisely, as opposed to killing them at random. You can't exploit it though, as it counts every month.

Improved system initializers. They should no longer produce too many molten planets or moons clipping through their primaries.

Added events to trigger during observation and reworked those already present, but you won't find them until Paradox fix the game.

Fixed initial mission pick for observation outpost. It will now correctly flip to machine observing, instead of starting on prohibited vanilla mission.

No save incompatiability expected.
