Added an options button to repair existing saves that have the the "Missing DLC" error asking for "ModConfigMenuLegacy".

Added forward compatibility, meaning this version (for the time being) will work with WotC, even though the launcher might give you a warning. If you intend to play WotC, still recommended to use the mainline version.

Reverted alternative mod launcher compatibility fix because it was breaking regular mod launcher and shooting up missing DLC warnings.
