There is a couple of ways to place them!
Use this mod Ploppable RICO and use the mod buttom located at the bottom right of your tool bar (if that is what is called lol)
or use this mod Search Box Mod and use the search buttom at the bottom right of your tool bar. However, using Search Box Mod method will not have the high home count settings.
Thank you for the support! I certainly would love to make newer generation like those BTOs we have in the recent years. My plan is to make a library of HDB buildings from different levels like level 1 to 5. So players can see their building grow from the olden HDB buildings and upgrade to modern and recent looking BTOs.
Regarding RICO home count, i am mere referencing real life / the number of "units" i created for the building. I think thats the jeez of singapore, limited land size, so the city has to be very densed. I feel you on the issue about not very friendly to poor performing computers.
Also, the RICO home count is a bit too high. Having like 80 household for some of your other HDB is already like 200+ people per block! And those with 100+ household can rapidly increase the population and burn my rather lousy computer. Compared to the other buildings you see, its also a bit too high. Maybe you can reduce it? I am having towns (districts) going from 10k to 20-30k population with just a few of your building popping up with RICO enabled, and if you multiply it to the whole map, thats a lot of extra people we are talking about, and its not very friendly to poorly performing computers.
