This is The Lutece (Raincoat Skin) from BioShock Infinite replacement for Coach & Ellis.

Just Another skins for The twin, this may be perfectly for raining Campaigns like No Mercy, Hard Rain and The Passing

Keep in mind this workshop contain two characters replacement in one workshop, but you know who they are so make sure you didn't have any other mod or add-ons relate to Coach & Ellis at the same time when using this mod.

Know Bugs
    - Due to using custom proportion, you might expect to see some oddly animation like arm sinking into body.
