Anti-Noclip damage & Anti-Godmode damage

Description
Script that stops people damaging other people in noclip and/or in godmode.
Displays a message at the top of the screen (picture)

ConVars requires rcon to change
Note: Anti-Buddha only works with ULX++ Buddha!

Server ConVars:
(To toggle the scripts on/off)

anti_noclipdamage (0 or 1)

anti_godmodedamage (0 or 1)
