I keep getting this message whenever I load a city. I installed the .dll and .png into the correct folders. It does not show up in the Options panel, either.

The Mod E:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710\920832749 [TerrainTextureReplacer.dll] has caused an error [ModException]

Details:

This is a copy of original "Terrain Texture Replacer" (by hyperdrive_engage)

Original MOD was deleted by the author after it was no longer updated.

Another Modder "Holy Crab" is creating the same MOD.
