Description
The Mk 1 Atterax is a prototype drillbore torpedo launcher craft designed to carry and launch up to 4 drilling torpedoes in any sequence or all at once. It allows for mining different kind of minerals at the same time while being free to survey or scout the surroundings without having to worry about the drilling process. It comes with four prototype SB-14x DB torpedoes as default loadout.

The SB-14x DB is a short range, automatic mining torpedo that can carry up to 14,700.00L of mined materials each. Although it's a short range torpedo, it can still be launched from long distances as it will automatically control it's speed to avoid any collision damage, but will take a fairly long travel time. Reaching the desired spot, it will progressively mine ahead until remotely controlled and halted. It can be switched to its reverse mode to get out by itself by spinning out and backing down automatically, or it can be manually operated for retrieval. It comes with a sorter and an ejector for getting rid of unwanted ores as it keeps the desired ones inside it's cargo containers.
Once the drilling process is complete, each individual torpedo can use the autopilot or be remotely controlled and carried back to the Atterax for either unloading their cargo inside the Atterax's internal cargo holders, or for being attached back onto the launching pylons.
Vanilla, does not use any mod, buildable with a projector, survival ready.

In case of damage or complete destruction of any SB-14x DB torpedo, you can build as many as required using It's blueprint.

How to use:
Once inside the ship, go to the action bar 4. There you can find the options for launching the torpedoes with the hotkeys 1 to 4, and hotkey 5 to launch all at once. Super easy! these hotkeys are also added to the action bar 4 when using the remote control block.
Refer to the screenshots for more info on how to operate.

MUST READ!
*It is imperative to remain stationary while firing the torpedoes, failing to comply with this safety measure will VOID the warranty of your vessel, and probably destroy it too.
**Each torpedo needs to be fueled with uranium ingots before the launch or they will be inoperant as they would not have a power source, the reactors access is on top of the torpedoes and are very easy to spot.
***Although the torpedoes control their speed to avoid collision damage, firing them too close to an asteroid may result in damage or destruction.
****Using with "Tool Shake" option turned ON may severely decrease the torpedo accuracy. Consider turning it OFF.

Exact same colour scheme on units spotted by Orcas, so most likely it's the same group. Scans did not showed any signs of rum though. QST will stay alert for any rum presence in sector.

Any resemblance with the guy on the pictures here http://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=905228469 is definitely not a coincidence. Might as well use that massive railgun of yours that I totally use to shoot ores. Maybe there's some rum along the rocks. ;)

Also, those pesky pirates had been spotted by QST patrols and they were fitted with another version of Y.A.R.R, with numerous cargo bays filled with rocks . Stay safe!
