There's nothing truly "wrong" between both mods! What the compatibility patch does is allow Gyr+ to exist on FU's custom planets, creating dungeons and the like on some of FU's biomes as to not limit the mod's presence and make it easier on the player if they decide to do the main quest in Gyr+!
It is particularly a dungeon on a jyinku planet, which is added with the mod, which should still be fixed
The crash appears to be caused by a world gen error, particularly a dungeon, which should be fixed now, due to new placeholders and the dungeon being removed.
Its got a few errors, but focus on the application exception.
