1. You need to know some achievements requires more than one action to be unlocked. These actions are usually placed in different chapters.

2. If you want to unlock the more-than-one-action-required achievement, you'll need to play from first to last action without switching between chapters or the game won't let you collect it.

3. English isn't my mother tongue, sorry if I make mistakes.

As some comments made me realize, it would've been easier to get Paris (feathers) and Fever (flowers) achievements if I've had put them in the chapters sections rather than just in the end. I'm sorry about that. I'm editing this guide now to fix this and add some new information that this user was kind enough to share in the comments.

Part 1: You take the elevator down to meet Halperin for the first time. When you leave it there will be red glasses on a red chair. You pick them up. The rest of it is in Chapter 28.

You're sitting in Halperin's car. Turn off the radio. I really don't know if it's on or off, but you interact with it.
