Building off of our main Sins of the Prophets: Stellaris mod, we are pleased to present this compatibility patch for use with New Ship Classes & More.

[NOTE: Some models may not be 100% at the moment. This will be fixed once RL allows for it!]

UNSC model changes:
Corvette: Paris, Charon
Destroyer: Halberd
Cruiser: Halcyon
Strike Cruiser: Eion
Battlecruiser: Marathon
Battleship: Valiant
Escort Carrier: Orion
Carrier: Epoch
Dreadnought: Punic

I'm having the same issue with the cruiser not being able to be built. It won't even let me save a design and gives me this when i try: "shipdesigner_savefail_missing_required_components". Also noticed the explorer is not able to be built but you can do the upgrade quest for science ships and use console commands to spawn them.

i got that issue also, the exploration cruiser is also cant built

Halcyon cruiser is bugged, gets the missing component error. Disabled all other mods to rule out conflict. Only ship class that's doing it.

you can fix that by adding the following to the graphical_culture.txt right below unsc_01 = { and above fallback = humanoid_01

Arcturus Cres posted the code fix in the comments of the main SOTP mod very easy to add to do with text editing

the fix is actually pretty simple - it needs "ship_kinds =" with a list of ship kinds to be added to the graphical culture file in the main mod.
In fact All custom shipsets that dont have this added will not work in 4.0

Escort carriers are now part of destroyers and strike cruisers are now part of cruisers
