TIP: Place this with Ploppable RICO multiple times in different orientations along with BB Offices 3A/B/C, and in planned areas with ample parking and custom trees and props, to create realistic working office parks!

*Found in Unique Buildings, Level 3.
*12x8 lot.
*Costs $28,000 to build.
*Does NOT include plants on the lot, only concrete and gravel. You can use extra landscaping tools, prop and tree anarchy, prop line tool, custom trees and props and other things to decorate these buildings your own way!

Model stats:

*Main Model: 9,064 tris with 1024x2048 textures.
*LOD model: 456 tris with 256x256 textures.
