Description
Built in 1913 to house Kansas City operations for the J. I. Case Threshing Machine Co., the building gained fame as the venu for the city's 1916 Motor Show. The building has since served as manufacturing, office, and warehouse space until it was vacated nearly 90 years later in 2005. Shortly afterward, developers sought to transform the structure into downtown residential lofts. The building was renamed "Windows Lofts" and is now home to classy apartments in the Kansas City Crossroads district.

A lot of hidden historical gems to be found in both KCMO and KCK.
Any newer buildings you are thinking about tackling, like the new KC Star Building on Oak St or the new H&R Block HQ in the PnL district?

909 Walnut is definitely on the list. At the moment, I've been focusing in and around the Crossroads area, but I'll head North eventually; Downtown, City Market, and the West Bottoms are full of historic beauties!

Excellence once again! Just one question: do you plan on doing 909 Walnut from Kansas City and/or the 2 city hall buildings anytime soon? They're all magnificent buildings that would surely compliment your Power & Light Building model.

Thank you for these buildings, they really help to make gentrification areas.
