As Requested 100 St Georges Terrace, located in Perth, Western Australia. This building started renovation in 2006 and was completed in 2009. Currently Perth's 8th tallest building.

Thanks. Sorry I haven't gotten around to updating the title yet. I am planing sometime in the future to slighty update textures and I will fix the title then.

For now Bankwest tower and possibly Central Park are on the list. Not sure if I will do Brookfield.

Thank you, these are all great mods/assets! As someone who live in Perth I love these! Please make more and maybe some places like Scitech or the Coogee Beach Surf Life Saving Club or Perth Arena. Thanks again!!!!!
