Modern Police HQ

Description
A modern Police HQ, an original design inspired by modern architecture.
It's about the same size as the vanilla HQ and the stats are slighlty higher.

I noticed there is a lack of police stations on the workshop and I'm not really happy with the vanilla model.
So I designed a new poilice hq from scratch. I'm quite happy with the result and hope you like it as well.

Lot Size: 6x5
Construction Cost: 75 000.- (25% more expensive than the vanilla hq)
Upkeep/week: 1 872.-
Jail Capacity: 60
Police Cars: 35
Effective Radius: 1 700. (40% greater than the vanilla hq)
Optimized for Snowfall & After Dark

@joeymozzer It's pretty much the same size as the vanilla hq, which is pretty small for a police hq imo. I will definitley make more, I'd like to make a fire station and a hospital as well as a small police station and a bigger police hq.
