Description
Are you tired of seeing your pets die after 2 seconds? Then welcome to Healthy Pets!

This mod changes the amount of health the Health Collars give. The first one gives twice as much health, the 2nd tier gives three times as much and the third one will give your pet five times the health. Of course your pet's base health, attack and defense are based off your armor still and no changes are made outside these three collars. But if you are like me and would like to take your pets with you while you are progressing then this will give your pets a little edge! They will still die of course just not after one tiny pin prick.

I have also added Heath I Collar to the Beakeasy! The cost is two dubloons for one collar. This will give you the ability to equip your new pets with at least something as long as you can afford the fees. I should also explain you are able to equip collars over equipped ones so you can start out your pet with a Health collar and give them something else down the road, which is a nice feature. You won't get your old one back though.

And last but not least it really made me sad to find out whiskey was removed from the game soooooo I made that item from scratch (I think the art looks alright-ish?) and added that to the Beakeasy too! One small bottle will only cost you 250 pixels. So why not grab some friends, a pet and head down to the Beak for some drinking and get your pets some collars!

got this mod after seeing a poison bomb collar to balance out the wtf.

i installed this mod and the pet booster mod which give times 3 health to all pets. now my motehr potop has 150*3*5=2550 health

Hey Bandit Hadron,

From what I understand your armor raises the pet's base HP and defense. To see your pet's HP summon the pet and open inventory your. Its displays the info a little pannel on the left side. I am not sure what the formula is for collarsadjusting the value; if it augments the pet's base health or the valueof it in your armor. On a side note, maybe the mod may not work properly for a pet with a health collar before you subscribe. The way collars work is it edits the item when you put a collar on one... so if you had a collar on something before the mod (maybe after too I dunno) it might not adjust. Hope that info helps also glad you caught a new one and found it working :SBpenguin:

Nevermind - challenged Dreadwing (the guy was dealing 6hp per shot and 4 or 5 of these constituted a whole chunk of my pet's health bar), putting his hp around ~320-ish.

Went and caught another one and gave it a collar I spawned in using /admin.

Seems to be working okay now, I think.

The total health I'm judging here is by how much damage it takes when in combat, since I can't figure out how to display his health as a number instead of a bar. Adult Poptops supposedly have a base health of 180, and with the 10x collar, that would put it up to 1800. However, taking 30 damage seems to chop off a segment and a half of his hp bar.

Hmmm really? What's the pet's health amount with it off and with it on? Could you please /admin yourself a damage collar and a replacement health 3 to check?

That should make him have like 1800 hp but it doesn't seem to be working :/
