Show More Buff Details

Description
No more guessing when is your effect going to end, shows more details about when each non-permanent effect is going to end.

Also show the stat bonuses granted by each buffs/perks

Compability:
Overwrites UITacticalHUD_BuffsTooltip, UITacticalHUD_PerkTooltip
WORKS WITH WOTC

@WarLLT1315's solution works! I can confirm that after commenting out that line in XComEngine.ini, Extended Information and Show More Buff Details work together beautifully. Thanks so much!

I have found a way to use [WOTC - Extended Information!] and [Show More Buff Details] together.
Delete a line in XComEngine.ini of Extended Information:
+ModClassOverrides=(BaseGameClass="UITacticalHUD_Tooltips", ModClass="UITacticalHUD_Tooltips_HitChance")
It seems that it has not disabled other functions of Extended Information, so everyone can give it a try.:steamhappy:

@WarLLT1315 what is buff flag? and there is nothing but images showing enemies on the target preview. can we send ss in here ?

@Net Max You can only point the cursor at the buff flag on the target preview to display TOOLTIP. The only way on my computer.

it doesn't work for me. I'm running a few different modes, these are the modes that won't prevent it from working. Maybe I think so. These are the mods I use:

@Yeyo You are likely using [WOTC - Extended Information!], which occupies the same TOOLTIP text position, but [Show More Buff Details] is better and more specific. If two MODs are used together, SMBD will not take effect.

Works for me with WOTC. You have to hover over the green/red buff/debuff arrows of each soldier/enemy
