Oh, and anybody have any data on what happened about the ability to recruit Titanic Guardians for one thing, as well as the availability of the human augments? Those dudes sometimes show up; and ironically, if properly disciplined and morally formed, would make ideal civilian citizens to aid in recruiting those titanics as a tribal people.
Most often, when I've done that successfully; I've played ironically as the Romulan Star Empire, and basically treated them similar to a tribal people I try to recruit into my country.
