An Eclectic Style home, commonly found in American suburbs.

This is part of a large set I've begun for this style. This is a mirrored version of 3A with a single garage and at the highest level with fancier decor.

*Low Residential growable
*Level 5
*3x4 lot
*4 color variations

Model:

Main model - 1,533 tris, 1024x1024 textures
LOD model - 90 tris, 128x128 textures

In the process of fixing the errors now, or trying to. I think it's because of the dashes in the names.

These are so cool...really reminds me of a true American suburb. I was wondering, will you be making enough house sizes and levels to make a full style of them?

With ploppable RICO you could make cul-de sac housing too! A 10x20 lot could have a driveway lead to a roundabout or cul-de-sac and then have houses circled around it like this:
