Al Habtoor business tower 1:1 Scale Growable 3x4

Description
A 152m tall office tower located in Dubai Marina. It was opened in 2009 and has 40 floors.

technical info :
building: 892 triangles and 1024x1024 texture
custom LOD: 500 triangles and 256x256 texture
after dark ready

I appreciate all feedback.

@miguelcervera Thanks! Working really hard on finnishing The Marina Torch right now when I thought it would be fitting to release it around the same time as naskko re-releases all his Marina buildings.
So that's hopefully something to look forward to

@Droidhacker I do agree with that. As long as the building I want to do is within the 4x4 size, I want them to be growables in my city.

it looks awesome man! I'm glad to see more good growables on the workshop. I hate plopping my whole downtown, takes the simulation feel out of it.

The least you could do is put it on a concrete base. I'd subscribe to it immediately. Otherwise looks like a very nice asset.
