This theme add 114 models of building for little and middle town.
Size of Asset 1x1 and 1x2.
Level 1 and 2 , Low Residential
Other level are under work.

Minimum of 8gb of RAM recommanded, 16Gb for optimal.
Mod BUILDING THEMES REQUIRED
Mod DAY LIGHT CLASSIC HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Hello, theme indicates "no buildings included" but all props and dependencies are installed... any ideas?

"A lot" of things are missing, taken from XAVE's items. Please check the "Loading screen mod", report and check and unsud the houses with missing items. Maybe that help.
BTW, needed collection ;)

Hey, this mod broke my game at the launch on the menu. With the version "no building theme", it's ok, but i play with building theme so need this one apparently.
Did you know any issue for fix this ?

No LUT requiered, just the Daylight mod highly recommended for optimal render.
