HD Animated Clocks (+RNG)

This mod does 2 things :
- It gives HD textures to the Wall Clocks and the Alarm Clock (digital and analog)
- It makes them display the time at the right speed (so the Wall Clock have the hands that move at the real speed etc.)

I had to make a choice at some point, because I couldn't just RNG the time on the clocks for 2 reasons : [1] I couldn't make the 2 clocks (Analog and Digital) sync in real time and [2] I can't ask the RNG to know if it's day or night in the map.
So I made the choice to make all clocks start at 0:00:00 am (since most maps are at night) at the beginning of the map ; since you all know, I don't know yet any stable way to pass stuff between maps, so it starts again at 0:00:00 am at each map.
This, however, is nice in a certain way : you can now know how much time you've been playing on that map by looking at the clocks ! Some old usless piece of thing now contains an info ! So this mod actually brings something new ! And if you join a current game, the clock will already have started, so you can know how long people have been playing on the map !

So yeah, it's not THAT realistic (sorry I can't like rewrite the game), but it's HD and gives clocks a use in game ;), I personally looked more than once at clocks since I made that mod (while testing it) to know if we were slow or not.
