Description
A small american commercial building - Low density - 2x2 - 2x3 - 2x4 - Lvl 1.

The main model is 782 triangles, 624 edges, 216 faces ; the LOD is 154 triangles.
Main Model with specular, normal, illumination, diffuse and colormask ; LOD with specular, alpha, colormask, illumination and diffuse. All texture maps are in JPEG. 1024x1024 for main model ; 512 x 512 for LOD model.

For awning colors ; and prop randomizer for more diversity.
