Description
Poltava, Ukraine. All kinds of resources and transport connections. Realistic terrain adapted for fun play.

I made Vorskla river much wider than it is in real life simply because it's too tiny for Cities: Skylines (same trick I gonna do for Lviv map). Heights of hills were also increased to make landscape more attractive.
