Kälvesta in Hässelby, Stockholm may not really be noted for its beauty, but it does provide an excellent example of Swedish 1970's low density housing. Perfect for your level 1 area!

This house has a mirror image twin, Stockholm Kalvesta RL1 Left. Place them together or pick your favourite. Both properties come with randomly appearing props and trees, thanks to the talented work of boformer.
