***Updated: windows now light up at night!***

This house has a mirror image twin, Stockholm Kalvesta RL1 Right. Place them together or pick your favourite. Both properties come with randomly appearing props and trees, thanks to the talented work of boformer.

I used to live in an apartment complex (until i was 4) with homes that looked something like this, they were all row houses. This is in New York state, so i kind of see where they got the swedish look for these homes because New York is one of the thirteen colonies and a lot of people from Sweden came here in the early days of the U.S. and built here.

I plan to make all the 2x2s connecting buildings - maybe not exactly row houses but at least linked by a garage or something similar - so they'd fit in a row house theme. However I think it would be better if they had their own theme (Stockholm Larger Row Houses?) or players would have to manually zone 1x2/2x2 or eyedrop the buildings to get uninterrupted rows.

@boformer On principle I agree with your suggestion, but it's hard to make it look good. In the case of row houses any little blotch on the textures will appear as a repeating pattern, as every house in the row will have that exact same crack, speck of dirt or mossy bit on them. For that reason I've tried to keep the surfaces clean and instead kind of dirty down the colours. Some of my houses are really quite colourful but place them next to the wildly oversaturated vanilla assets and mine will look washed out by comparison. Maybe if I could come up with some prop that works as an overlay... Considering the way props snap to walls it should be doable. But that's for the future :-)

One suggestion for your next assets: Make them look a little bit "dirtier", with a few cracks, dirt, mossy roof etc.

Do you think it would be a good idea to add the 2x2 assets to the row house building theme?

Beautiful work! Reminds me alot of the modernist ranch houses we have in the US. <3
