Small Plaza with water fountain

Description
A catchy 3x3 square with a water fountain! Enjoy! Be aware you'll need the water fountain asset and that the model import in cities skylines wont allow animated objects (the fountain does not move!).

Same problem here. I'm subscribed to the fountain, it is enabled, but it doesn't show up in the plaza.
