The most delicious chocolate creations come from Chocolatier Chocolat - now available on a street-corner near you!

This custom-made wall-to-wall level 1 commerical building grows in 1x1-1x4 high density commercial lots in your European-themed cities (to use it elsewhere, download the European Buildings Unocker mod). This building has 4 unique colour variations.

Be sure to download my plain brick wall prop - you need it for the back yard of the building! ;)

wastingpluto533 - keep following me, you'll see that this autumn I'm releasing a whole commercial theme 'Brighton Regency' that will include these shops and many more in a similar style... :)
